This past weekend in Italy was super sweet! Literally. Bus2alps took hundreds
of students from Florence and Rome to Perugia for the Euro Chocolate
Festival. All Bus2alps guests were given a ChocoCard that granted them free
savory giveaways throughout the festival. Free chocolate picture frames, Lindt
chocolates, Toblerone bars, and cups of hot chocolate were just a few of the
many treats that everyone enjoyed. Over in Rome, the Bus2alps crew held an
event where one lucky winner, Mitchell L. won a free trip to Prague! We look
forward to seeing Mitchell and his friends in the Fairy Tale city.
We’re so excited about our growth as a company, as this year has been the
biggest one yet! Everyone in Florence was celebrating with a huge family-style
dinner at il Gatto as Bus2alps reached its 10,000th customer of 2011. Karletha
won the Golden Ticket of FREE travel for the rest of the semester, along with a
free Spring Break trip to Europe or Ski Week. Congratulations, Karletha!
Over in Spain, the Bus2alps Barcelona crew had a massive turnout for the hard
top outdoor basketball games. Barca players were makin’ it rain! Thursday
evening, the 2nd beer pong tourney was held at The Queen Vic and yet again
Calvin and Alex won the championship. They received 50% off any trip of their
choice, courtesy of Bus2alps.
Midterms are this week for many of you. There is no reason to be stressed about all the studying. All you have to do is look forward to our upcoming Northern Loop and Greece Fall Break trips.
