Things To See

Sagrada Familia – (Carrer de Mallorca, 401 Nearest Metro: Sagrada Familia.) One of the most famous churches of all time, and the biggest tourist attraction in Barcelona! Sagrada Familia is a large Roman Catholic church designed by the Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi. Must buy tickets in advance. €15 entry.

Parc Guell – (Nearest Metro: Ctra del Carmel-Parc Güell.) One of the most beautiful icons of Barcelona. It is a work of Antoni Gaudi located in the upper part of Barcelona with wonderful views overlooking the city. The park is full of gardens and modernist works. Must buy tickets in advance. €7 entry

Barceloneta Beach – (Nearest Metro: Barceloneta. 15 min metro ride) Barcelona’s beautiful beach! There are many vendors and restaurants along it.

Gothic Quarter – (Between Las Ramblas and Via Leiatana) The center of the old city of Barcelona. It’s called gothic quarter because it used to be the Roman village and has some remnants of its glorious past.

El Born- (Between Placa Catalunya and Barceloneta) Cool neighborhood with tiny streets and cool shops/restaurants. Where you can find a lof of street art.

Where To Eat

Brunch & Cake – (Carrer d’Enric Granados, 19 Nearest Metro: Universitat or Diagonal) The most aesthetically pleasing brunch. We recommend the eggs benedict on a waffle.

Rosa Negra – (Via Laietana, 46 Nearest Metro: Jaume.) Great Mexican food, €3 mojitos and delicious nachos.

Tosca – (Carrer de Sant Pere Més Alt, 8, 08003 Barcelona, Spain) Large array of tapas and drinking options. Everything from authentic Spanish tapas to new infused modern-day tapas!

Makamaka Burger – (Passeig de Joan de Borbó Comte de Barcelona, 76) Great spot for lunch & dinner right by the beach.

Bling Bling (Calle de Muntaner, 240 Nearest Metro: Diagonal) Fun club in the city, not on the beach.

Pacha – (Passeig Marítim Barceloneta, 38, 08003 Barcelona, Spain) Beach club, one of the most famous in the world. Free entry until 2 am with Aashi’s list.
