Sample limoncello and show off your new handmade sandals from Anacapri. Finally, explore the UNESCO ruins of Pompeii while admiring Mt. Vesuvius.
Bus2alps is the only way to go to the Amalfi Coast!
The trip departs the Naples Airport, travel to the Amalfi Coast is by private coach to our accomodation in Sorrento.
Friday morning we set sail for the Island of Capri. Deluxe package passengers will travel by private yacht, enjoy a private tour around the island, visit the famous Blue Grotto and stop for a swim while taking in the beauty of the island from the glittering blue waters below! Full package passengers will travel by ferry directly to Capri.
Once on Capri, our private transport takes us the town of Anacapri, the highest part of the island, where we will be welcomed with a free sample of chocolate and limoncello at our local partner’s sandal shop! These artisans have been crafting hand-made sandals for over 50 years.
The rest of the afternoon is yours to explore! We recommend riding the chairlift to the top of Mount Solaro (Included for Deluxe Package passengers) to get a breathtaking 360-degree view of the island, getting a unique pair of custom-made sandals, and having a delicious lunch at one of the great restaurants that your trip leader can point out to you! Once in Positano, your trip leader will point out our favorite local spot for sandwiches, snacks, and drinks. We can also recommend other local restaurants if you prefer a sit-down Italian-style lunch. You will then spend the afternoon relaxing on the black stone beach, swimming in the sparkling blue waters, and browsing the many shops of Positano, a town known for its ceramics and lace!
