The region offers a wonderful horizon overlooked by the mountains of Passo di Annibale, Monte Gomito and Alpe Tre Potenze.
Perfectly divided into blue (for beginners), red (intermediate) and black (for expert), the ski slopes are ideal for both training and fun. Moreover snow is always guaranteed by an artificial snow system covering 80% of the area.

The trip departs Florence from Piazzale Montelungho near the Florence S.M.N train station. Please meet your trip leader 20 minutes prior to departure in order to check-in.
Travel to Abetone is by private coach bus. The journey is 2-hours and will drive through the region of Pistoia.
Arrive, grab your skiis and prepare to head up the mountain for some ski fun in one of the most important areas of the Apennines. You will find slopes of all levels; perfectly divided into blue, red and black. The ski slopes are ideal for both training and fun — you will find 14 easy trails, 14 medium trails, and 1 trail which requires expert skills .
With over 50 kilometers of slopes, snow is always guaranteed thanks to an artificial snow system covering 80% of the area.
The day is yours to explore the snowy landscapes. The area is ideal for those who not only love winter sports, but also those that enjoy the invigorating air of the mountains and panoramic vistas.

After a full day of skiing and exploring, return back to Florence in the late afternoon by private coach bus. Expected arrival time back to Florence is for 7:30 PM.
