Join the Funky Chocolate Club team in their Chocolate Laboratory®, and learn the techniques, tips and tricks of tempering of chocolate, melting, pouring and filling molds.
You will learn all about the origin’s of chocolate as well as how to identify and understand the different tastes chocolate can have. Professional Chocolatiers will teach you how to create your own masterpieces.
Please arrive 10 min before the start time of your workshop.
You will not be able to join the class after it has begun.
Your chocolates need to cool down for a minimum of 60 minutes after the workshop. Please plan your trip so you can come and pick up your gift wrapped chocolate bars 60 minutes after the end of the activity or anytime the next day.
